MinebeaMitsumi  was founded in Japan in 1951,  initially starting as a manufacturer of  "miniature bearings"  as its

main  product  before expanding  its production range to include mechanical  and electronic  components,  as well as a wide

variety of other products used by people around the world in their daily lives.

Over the course of more than 73 years since its establishment, MinebeaMitsumi has grown to become one of the world’s

leading manufacturers of precision components.  With continuous growth throughout seven decades,   the company now

operates 129 manufacturing plants in  23 countries worldwide  (as of March 31, 2024)  and employs a  total of 83,886 people

across the group (as of March 2024).

         The beginning of MinebeaMitsumi in Thailand  started with the establishment of NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.

in 1982,  initially as a manufacturer of  "miniature bearings"  as  its main product  before expanding the range and types of

products to include mechanical and electronic components.

         With over 42 years of continuous business operations and growth, the company now operates 7 manufacturing plants

under the name NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.  and 1 sales office.  Additionally, there are 3 affiliated companies : Mitsumi (Thailand),

U-SHIN (Thailand),  and  Minebea AccessSolutions Thai, making the total number of manufacturing plants in Thailand 10.

The core strategy is to rapidly respond to changes and customer demands, not only in terms of quality but also in volume and

steady on-time delivery.  (Currently, the production base in Thailand is the largest manufacturing base of the MinebeaMitsumi

group worldwide).
