Job Descriptions :
- Develop and improve machinery to enhance the efficiency and safety of tools and equipment.
- Design machinery in both mechanical and electronic aspects.
- Prepare equipment, tools, and machinery for producing new workpieces.
- Control expenses related to the preparation of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings (2D/4D).
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Skilled in drafting using AutoCAD, Inventor, and Pro/ENGINEER (Pro E).

Qualifications :

HR Admin Staff

- Gather data from varius internal and external sources.
- Organize and transform data into formats suitable for analysis.

Sales Executive Staff
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

- Direct Customer Communication
- Contact government agencies, state enterprises, and private companies to introduce Smart City products.
- Monitor and update any issues that may affect business performance (growth, loss, win/loss status), such as customer demand, competitor movements, market trends, forecasts, orders, deliveries, quotations, payments, and pricing concerns.
- Market Research and Customer Visits

Research potential projects, especially government and infrastructure projects, and study the project TOR (Terms of Reference).

Visit customers (day trip or overnight) to expand business opportunities and develop new projects.

Submit a visit report and highlight monthly topics to the manager and team on the same day.

- Partner Collaboration
- Seek new opportunities with business partners and collaborate to develop and complete projects.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on project progress, pending issues, and action plans.
- Business Summary and Review
- Prepare sales plans (twice a year).
- Provide sales forecasts and estimations (twice a month) and define actions to achieve targets.
- Analyze the root causes of sales performance (increase/decrease).
- Continuously update and report overall business status to the team.
- Internal Communication
- Coordinate with the Bangkok sales team, including customer service, product coordinators, and related personnel, to update customer status and support business operations.
- Communicate with the Japan team (Sales, Business Units, Product Managers, Application Engineers) to update R&D status, customer demands, sales plans, estimations, and pricing.
- Work closely with the factory (Production, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, Legal) to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

A few years of experience in government or infrastructure projects, or other related fields.

Basic knowledge of outdoor lighting systems.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-minded attitude.

- System Support and Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for the ERP (SAP) application under your responsibility, ensuring smooth system operations.
- User Requirement Analysis: Work closely with users to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions that align with business needs.
