NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. realizes that Occupational Health and Safety Management System is an essential part of operational organization and also enhance the efficiency of production, which need to be communicated to the executives and employees at all levels, including the interested parties, such as contractors, sub-contractors and the public to understand and enable to implement in the appropriate way.  For effective and successful implementation of the system, including continual contribution to society, the company has determined a policy of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System, as the following directions: 

1. Promote and observe the requirements of relevant legislation dealing with OH&S
2. Prevent and reduce work-related hazards
3. Provide adequate and appropriate resources for continual improvement of the system
4. Provide appropriate training to create responsibility and awareness to all employees and relevant persons 

       Regarding the commitment of top management and all employees on implementing a continual and efficient occupational health and safety system, NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. has certified for the occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS 18001) since 2004 and has been transformed to  ISO 45001:2018  since 2019  in order to upgrade the occupational health and safety management.
