NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. has realized the importance of business continuity management in order to enable the business to grow continually and efficiently under uncertain situations such as climate change, pandemics, and any potential conflicts that could occur, etc. To  prepare for an effective response, and protect the interests of interested parties, reputation, brand, and critical activities from potential threats, therefore, the company has determined a policy to provide guidance on implementing an effective, sustainable, and stable management system of business continuity  as the following directions;

1. Protect health and safety of employees including every interested party at the company’s premises 
2. Protect business of the company when facing a crisis or threat with the capability to continue the company's activities, and response efficiently to risks
3. Build awareness and collaboration within the organization, and support everyone to be involved in business continuity to maintain services and reliability of the company
4. Support, develop, and keep the business continuity management system up-to-date, including provide necessary review or change for the complete and effective implementation plan

     NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.has first obtained the Business Continuity Management System certification (ISO22301:2012) in 2016 by having TUV NORD Thailand Ltd. as a certify body. Then, in 2022, we have upgraded the standard version to ISO22301:2019. NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. will maintain and improve BCM system that will ensure continuity of our operations and reduce the risk of further losses as we are well aware that, protection and flexibility are needed while we are thriving for succeed in the world full of uncertainties.
