On September 3, 2026, management representatives and the Joint Consultation Committee (JCC) of NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.—representing the Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya, Rojana, and Lopburi plants—received the "Highest Honor Award for Outstanding Establishment in Labor Relations and Labor Welfare (National Level, 20th Consecutive Year, 2026)." The presentation ceremony took place at the Royal Thai Army Club (Vibhavadi) in Bangkok under the theme Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award 2026, presided over by the Minister of Labor.

Organized by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labor, the awards aim to promote awareness among employers and employees regarding the importance of developing labor relations systems and labor welfare benefits, as well as to honor establishments with labor management systems that meet international standards.

NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.’s Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya, Rojana, and Lopburi plants have consistently received this recognition every year, marking their 20th consecutive year receiving the award. Meanwhile, the Ban Wa 1 and Navanakorn plants were recognized as "Outstanding Establishments in Labor Relations and Labor Welfare" for their 5th consecutive year.
