Job Descriptions :
- Review manpower allocation and production planning to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Coordinate with team leaders to plan and manage spare parts preparation.
- Collaborate with the Production Control team to develop and execute production plans effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mold and Die Engineering, or related fields.

Production Control Staff
Location: Bang Pa-In and Lopburi Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Prepare production plans using Excel; future plans include the implementation of new planning software.
- Coordinate material preparation according to the production plan and forecasts.
- Monitor production output and understand the process flow, production steps, cycle time, and other related metrics.
- Prepare shipping instructions and have a clear understanding of the logistics process.
- Manage and control finished goods inventory.
- Monitor and control performance based on KPI targets, particularly in delivery and inventory.
- Generate and analyze forecast data.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support production and logistics decisions.
Qualifications :

Technical Manager

- Support the development of robust business cases throughout the venture process by providing expert input on manufacturing routes.

Machine Design Engineer
Location: Ayutthaya Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Manage design projects with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
- Develop and design automated production machinery using 2D/3D CAD software.
- Interface with requesters to gather project requirements and create detailed specification sheets.
- Present and explain design concepts to both headquarters and local teams, including expatriates.
- Prepare quotations for machine designs.
- Coordinate closely with the electrical engineering and machine production teams.
- Research and implement improvements to enhance production line efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
