KOSEN KMUTT Students Experience Innovation in Action at MinebeaMitsumi Group (Thailand)

On 27 October 2025, MinebeaMitsumi Group (Thailand) welcomed a group of visitors from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KOSEN KMUTT), including professors and outstanding students from the field of Automation Engineering, for an exclusive KOSEN Plant Tour at the Bang Pa-In factory.
The visit offered students a first-hand look into MinebeaMitsumi Thailand’s advanced manufacturing environment, cutting-edge automation systems, and commitment to innovation. Through presentations, plant walkthroughs, and interactive sessions, participants gained deeper insights into how engineering knowledge is applied in real-world production — from precision component manufacturing to smart automation integration.
The program began with a warm welcome and an overview of MinebeaMitsumi Group, followed by presentations highlighting production technologies, automation implementation, and internship opportunities. Students also engaged directly with company mentors during Q&A sessions, learning about practical applications and future career paths in the industry.
During the factory tour, participants visited key production areas — witnessing how engineering, data, and innovation converge to create high-quality products that power technology worldwide. The day concluded with an open discussion, feedback exchange, hearty meal and group photo to commemorate this meaningful experience.
