Project Manager
Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:
- NPI & Handover to Mass Production: Manage full product lifecycles, coordinate development handovers with MTCE Project Managers, oversee annual requalifications, and lead sub-assembly line transfers or setup activities.
- Engineering Change & Configuration: Coordinate ECR/ECN implementations, define cut-off points, manage product qualifications on new lines, and create PPS/Ini system profile files.
- PPAP, Tooling & Supplier Follow-up: Work with Quality Planners on customer PPAP submissions, manage sample builds for new/refurbished tooling, and follow up on supplier-initiated changes.
- Quality Improvement & Audits: Support internal, external, and customer audits (including FDPR), verify corrective actions for customer claims, and drive lessons-learned sharing across sites.
- Customer Portals & Aftermarket: Operate OEM/Tier 1 customer portals and plan materials/software requirements for aftermarket service parts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Engineering Project sectors with direct experience in line transfers and new line setups.
- Project & Change Lifecycle: Proven track record in complete project lifecycles (Development → Qualification → PPAP → Mass Production) and solid expertise in ECR/ECN processes.
- Core Automotive Tools: In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Direct experience interfacing with OEM/Tier 1 customers (including portals), managing supplier modifications, and supporting audits.
- Language Skills: Business-level English (capable of leading international meetings and writing formal reports).
