Job Descriptions:
- Line Management: Monitor daily line output, manage workflow, and allocate manpower to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with PC, QA, Maintenance, and other related teams to ensure smooth shop floor operations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays on the shop floor immediately under high pressure.
- Continuous Improvement: Execute Kaizen/Lean projects to eliminate waste, improve WIP accuracy, and reduce manual cycle time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
- New Graduate welcome (Experience in Manufacturing Operations is preferred).
- Computer Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas); knowledge of VBA, Power Query, or ERP/MRP systems is a strong advantage.
- English Skills: Good command of English with a TOEIC score of 550 or above.

Quality Control Engineer (QC Grinding)

- Technical Support: Provide expert consultation and troubleshooting for customers across pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure Minebea Intec inspection and weighing equipment to meet client-specific needs.

Qualifications:

Production Engineer (Rubber Seal)

Process Design & Optimization: Develop, standardize, and optimize production processes and machine parameters for new and existing rubber seal models.

Engineering Change & Document Control: Manage Drawing distribution/recalls, ECN implementation, and accurate BOM structures to prevent inventory discrepancies.

Quality & NPI (New Product Introduction): Control PPAP deliverables, temporary process changes, and trial runs to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives and root-cause analysis to improve yield, efficiency, and process stability.
Qualifications:

QC Engineer - Mecha (VMP)
Location: Lopburi Factory , Thailand

Job Descriptions:
- Quality & Process Control: Implement SPC/Cpk, MSA (GR&R), full-dimension layout inspections, and control last-piece standards to ensure process capability.
- Problem Solving & Claims: Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) for internal defect issues and customer complaints; manage non-conforming products (Rework, Scrap, Sorting).
- Section Leadership & Standards: Supervise and train QC staff, establish standardized work procedures, and manage team performance to meet quality targets.
- Customer & Auditor Relations: Coordinate customer scorecards/assessments, report quality metrics, and manage Internal MQPR corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Science, or related fields.

- Quality Control & Improvement: Oversee SQC operations for component parts, identify quality issues, and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
