Job Descriptions:
- Disposition Management: Coordinate with engineering and relevant departments to determine dispositions and action plans for non-conforming (NC) products.
- NCR Management: Issue and document comprehensive Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), ensuring precise details of defects are recorded.
- Root Cause Analysis: Partner with Production and Engineering teams to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and participate in problem investigations using 4M1E and 5 Whys.
- CAPA & Compliance: Ensure all quality activities comply strictly with standards and regulations, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze non-conformance trends to proactively detect and mitigate recurring quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy, Minitab, and Gemini.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and ability to interpret GD&T drawings.
Necessary Competencies:
- Technical Drawing: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, symbols, and GD&T specifications.
- Problem-Solving Tools: Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and basic 7 QC Tools (specifically 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram).
- Statistical & Process Control: Foundational knowledge of process capability assessment and production statistical data interpretation.
- Metrology: Basic hands-on experience with precision measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.

Job Descriptions:
- Process & Quality Control: Control and inspect product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specified standards.
- On-site Inspection: Perform on-site part inspections using engineering measuring instruments to guarantee accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- RCA & Investigation: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and immediate investigations upon detecting non-conforming quality products.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare quality inspection reports and summarize quality data for management presentation.

- Production & Resource Planning: Allocate manpower and machinery (Man & Machine) and coordinate schedules to optimize production planning.
