QA Engineer (MA-BPI)

Job Descriptions:
- Ensure product quality and services consistently meet customer requirements.
- Act as the primary contact between customers and internal departments regarding quality issues.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- การจัดการเครื่องจักร: รับผิดชอบการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ ปรับแต่ง (Setup) และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร CNC เพื่อให้สายการผลิตทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและต่อเนื่อง
- การเตรียมความพร้อม: จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือวัดต่างๆ ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
- การควบคุมการผลิต: กำกับดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานหน้าเครื่องและประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย (Output) และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ (Quality)
- การแก้ไขปัญหา: วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหางานเฉพาะหน้า (Troubleshooting) อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อลดเวลาเครื่องจักรหยุดทำงาน (Downtime)

- Project Leadership: Lead APQP/PPAP projects for new models; coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, QA, Procurement) to ensure on-time delivery per AS9145.
- Risk & Quality Management: Implement APQP methodologies, conduct FMEA, and develop control plans to proactively mitigate quality risks.
- PPAP Submission: Manage end-to-end PPAP packages (dimensional reports, material certs, capability studies) for customer and regulatory approval.
