Engineer Staff (Micro Stepping Motor)
Location: Lopburi Factory , Thailand

Job Description:
Quality Management
- Support quality targets such as yield improvement and scrap reduction.
- Follow up on assigned quality action items.
- Cooperate in setting and achieving quality targets.
Operations
- Act as a department representative in place of the Department Manager when required.
- Conduct daily QPR and follow up on assigned engineer items, including judgment methods for non-conforming products.
- Handle LPB special acceptance with engineer confirmation (HVAC items can be fully approved).
- Manage and follow up on change control processes (ECN & MCN).
- Review and confirm In-house and purchased MSAR with engineer approval (HVAC items can be fully approved).
- Review and confirm in-house part approval with engineer approval (HVAC items can be fully approved).
- Review and confirm MQPR with engineer approval (HVAC items can be fully approved).
- Follow up on part approval (FA) activities (HVAC items can be fully approved).
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Serve as an APQP team member for Thai engineers.
- Manage schedules related to Thai engineering activities.
- Provide external factor information to the Thai team.
- Coordinate and negotiate with the Project Leader as required.
Experiment / Measurement
- Follow up with engineers to ensure completion and closure of experiment and measurement requests from HMM.
5S & Safety
- Maintain 5S and safety standards within the area of responsibility.
- Cooperation with QC (Customer Audit / ISO)
- Prepare engineering-related items for customer audits in coordination with the coordinator.
- Follow up on corrective actions for engineering-related findings from customer audits.
- Track and close QPR items related to audit findings.
Cooperation with Production
- Follow up on production problems related to engineering issues.
- Support root cause analysis and define temporary and permanent corrective actions.
- Improve 4M losses (method) and support production to maintain high productivity.
- Coordinate with HMM support to resolve production line issues.
- Cooperation with Production Engineering (PE)
- Verify new machines and new jigs, including tooling for new models.
SAP System
- Maintain and manage SAP master data, including maintenance master data, BOM materials, and routing (standard time).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- Good English communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Lotus Notes (email)
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), specifications, and inspection processes
- Good understanding of motor assembly processes, including motor functions
- Ability to perform defect analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of quality targets (KPIs) and quality management systems
- Certified as an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) for ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- Ability to conduct engineering experiments and testing

QC Engineer (Micro Stepping Motor)

Job Description:
- Handle quality problems in sub-assembly, final assembly, in-process, and outgoing inspection areas by investigating root causes, defining corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring effective implementation
- Conduct Ohayou meetings related to quality issues
- Prepare and submit Quality Problem Reports (QPR) to HMM and follow up corrective actions until closure
- Handle customer claims by investigating causes, preparing CCI reports, revising Quality Instructions (QI) or Work Instructions (WI), collecting and analyzing supporting data, and following up actions until closure
- Support new model introduction by confirming and updating Control Plans (CP), Quality Instructions (QI), and preparing quality control equipment
- Control and monitor in-process SPC to ensure process stability and product quality
- Confirm and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) in the production process
- Establish, maintain, and confirm Master Motor standards
- Re-confirm QC operation processes (OPT) to ensure compliance with standard working procedures
- Perform and follow up actions according to action plans to support quality targets and KPIs
- Drive continuous quality improvement activities
- Control and maintain 5S and safety standards within the responsible areas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Good command of English language skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of quality tools for problem-solving, such as 8D and 5 Why analysis.
- General understanding of motor processes and motor functions.
- Knowledge of product specifications, including characteristics and appearance requirements.
- Understanding of quality systems, quality procedures, and quality records.
- Certified Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of 5S activities.
