Job Description:
- Plan, control, and supervise maintenance activities to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
- Assign and manage roles and responsibilities of subordinates to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and control preventive maintenance (PM) plans and approve maintenance results.
- Analyze machinery breakdowns, control repair activities, and report maintenance results.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for machinery, utilities, and production support system maintenance.
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee machinery and equipment installation, repair, and modification in compliance with company and safety requirements.
- Plan and control maintenance budgets and expenses, and report costs to management.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance materials effectively.
- Analyze maintenance data and propose machinery overhaul plans for management approval.
- Establish and improve work procedures and ensure safe, effective, and standardized operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical fields Major in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Fair command of English
- TOEIC score is not required
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, PLC, CNC machine maintenance, or related systems will be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, manage, and control subordinates effectively and appropriately.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, coordinate, and work effectively with others.

Proces Engineer (PCMS-NVK)

Job Description:
- Improve the production yield rate including find out the root cause of customer claim and take action.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and improving machinery to achieve maximum production efficiency.
- Control and plan machinery to ensure production meets the department's production targets.
- Determine the machine conditions in both mass production and sample parts manufacturing processes.
- Review the presentation of the plan and management for reducing scrap from the department's production.
- Review planned specifications and manage to ensure machinery is always clean.
- To reduce the cycle time of Turning / Machining process.

- Conduct inspections of metallic materials for cracks and defects in compliance with aerospace standards using:

Injection molding Engineer (Optical Element)

Job Description:
- Operate injection molding machines in accordance with work instructions and production plans
- Set up molds and peripheral equipment (e.g. hopper, chiller, robot, conveyor)
- Monitor and control molding parameters to ensure stable production
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications
- Identify and report abnormalities in machines, molds, or product quality
- Support mold change, trial runs, and production start-up
