Job Description:
- Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to align with machinery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures during maintenance activities.
- Diagnose faults and respond promptly to major machine breakdowns.
- Manage and control inventory and procurement of spare parts, consumables, and tools.
- Supervise engineers and technicians to ensure effective maintenance operations.
- Participate in and support cost reduction initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and Quality Management Systems.
- Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to evaluate performance and progress.
- Take an active role in implementing preventive, predictive, and other maintenance programs to enhance machine reliability.
- Train technicians in operation and maintenance procedures to improve technical skills.
- Prepare and report maintenance results to related departments, department managers, and division managers.Support safety, ISO, and 5S systems within the department and division to achieve company targets.
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Major: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a Machine Maintenance–related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Maintenance Engineer Staff (PELMEC)

Job Description:
- Control and respond to preventive maintenance activities in the Grinding Shop section.
- Manage and monitor the monthly machine checking schedule.
- Control spare parts usage in the 1st Grinding section.
- Control and reduce machine breakdown time in the 1st Grinding section.
- Plan and order spare parts on a monthly basis.
- Receive and implement operational policies from the head section.
- Prepare monthly operation plans and submit reports to the head section.
- Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance projects for the 1st Grinding section.
- Respond to M/M operations according to ISO 45001 requirements.
- Supervise and ensure operators follow scheduled jobs each month.
- Support company management systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TLS 8001, CSR, BCM, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Participate as an internal auditor for PELMEC Bearing’s internal audit activities.
- Represent the company in submitting customer requirements as part of the Customer Representative, Cross-Functional, or Project Team.

- Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply data-driven methods and statistical tools to evaluate, monitor, and improve product and process quality.

Engineer Staff (New Model)

- Act as a window person between the Engineering team and the manufacturing department to receive new model information from the HQ Design Section.
- Plan the new model schedule and coordinate with the Production Control (PC) and Material Control (MC) departments.
- Perform and share updates on the preparation status of new models with related departments.
- Monitor and follow up on new model progress from the Sample stage to Mass Production (MP).
- Participate in design reviews with the HMT Design Section.
- Summarize new model results (IFCR) and provide feedback on issues to the HMT Design Section.
- Follow up on new model results until all issues are closed.
- Order and set up jigs and equipment to support new model production.

- Responsible for handling quality issues, including daily and monthly problems in the production line, and preparing related reports.

Process Engineer (PCMS)

- New Product Management
- Coordinate with the design center in Germany to obtain final/approved drawings.
- Prepare DFMEA and PFMEA, and discuss technical concerns with the Design team.
- Create process drawings, establish process flow, and define all related dimensions.
- Work closely with technicians to prepare cutting layouts and CNC programs.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning (PC), and QC teams to schedule new product trials and production runs.
- Monitor daily output of the new product and summarize results for each process.
