Job Description :

Qualifications :

System Improvement Engineer

Job Description :
- Design, develop, and maintain IoT systems and applications to support Smart Factory initiatives.
- Integrate IoT devices, sensors, and controllers with production equipment and factory systems.
- Develop software solutions (web, mobile, or desktop) to collect, process, and visualize manufacturing data.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation projects.

Maintenance Engineer (MA)

- Monitor the operations of maintenance staff and evaluate their work performance.
- Prepare daily summary reports on nonconformities, and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Review discrepancies and maintenance requests, ensure proper corrections are made, and follow up on outstanding nonconformities.
- Attend meetings with supervisors to report and recommend corrective and preventive measures for issues under responsibility.
- Design, develop, and modify machines to improve operational efficiency.

- Responsible for repairing and maintaining all molds to ensure usability and high efficiency.
- Control, arrange, check, and follow up on assigned jobs for subordinates.
- Coordinate with related departments to optimize mold repair plans.
- Monitor and control die life.

- Prepare mold overhaul plans.

Job Description:
- Control and monitor the production process to ensure achievement of the set targets and efficiency levels (Target Efficiency).
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure proper execution within the production process.
- Monitor production performance and adjust production plans as necessary. Coordinate with the PC or supervisor to make decisions in case of multiple machine stoppages.
- Manage manpower allocation to ensure effective control and operation within the production process.
- Supervise, guide, and make decisions to support subordinates in resolving issues, improving production processes, and reducing costs.
- Transfer knowledge, train, and provide technical guidance in production-related areas to relevant personnel in accordance with departmental policies.
