Job Descriptions :
- Receive and execute work assignments from managers to achieve objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding the Sample Stage (2A) and Mass Stage (2B).
- Collaborate with MTCE or KZW to gather necessary information.
- Acquire new production techniques from MTCE and KZW engineers, and instruct and transfer this knowledge to relevant linked sections.
- Coordinate with other departments to determine work direction and goals in line with stated objectives.
- Assign tasks to Program Engineers to ensure they are well-informed and can perform their duties accurately.
- Prepare production process documents and information for presentation to customers and other relevant parties.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Major in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Education.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in using standard computer programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to give clear and effective instructions to subordinates.

Engineer Staff (SPD)

Job Descriptions :
- Take initial responsibility for work planning within the assigned department.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and motivate subordinates; offer guidance, initial decision-making, and support to help team members adapt and build positive relationships within the department.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments, including handling raw material and equipment requisitions, negotiating minor issues such as product specifications and delivery schedules, exchanging information, and providing statistical or project support to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to resolve issues when they arise.
- Research, compile, and summarize data and statistics to prepare reports for management.
- Provide suggestions to management on matters related to the role to improve and develop work processes, such as modifying or upgrading work equipment or systems for better efficiency.
- Participate in controlling costs of consumables, energy, and other resources used in operations, as well as tracking departmental leave and overtime statistics.
- Ensure work activities comply with policies, regulations, and assigned plans, implementing them alongside subordinates for positive departmental outcomes and overall organizational support.
- Evaluate subordinate performance and take corrective actions to meet goals and standards.
- Conduct departmental meetings to communicate performance results against plans, share news and information, and attend interdepartmental meetings as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field.

Process Engineer (I/M LPB)

Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for managing processes and documentation related to new product launches, including the preparation of relevant documents such as PPAP.
- Analyze issues related to products, molds, and production processes in order to implement improvements, reduce product defects, and enhance production efficiency.
- Improve and develop mold quality to ensure production meets established standards and targets.
- Lead and support cost reduction projects in the production process.
- Prepare, consolidate, and implement engineering improvement plans to drive efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to engineering change control (4M).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Engineering, or other related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.

Maintenance Engineer Staff (Press in NMB)

Job Description :
- Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and regular maintenance programs for machines and production equipment.
- Establish and manage spare parts inventory and control systems to ensure machine readiness and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to machinery faults or breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and ensure KPI targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support production operations.
- Program, modify, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in PLC systems (e.g., Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron).
- Diagnose and repair faults in machine control systems, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
- Interpret, update, and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and related technical documentation.
