MinebeaMitsumi Group (Thailand) Welcomes International Engineering Delegation from 14 Universities across 11 Countries for Plant Visit

On 23 February 2026, MinebeaMitsumi Group (Thailand) welcomed professors and international engineering students from 14 universities across 11 countries for a plant visit at the Bang Pa-In Factory. The visit was part of “The 4th Multinational Workshop for Engineering Students in Thailand 2026,” organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Chaiworapruk, Head of the Department.
The program included presentations on the company’s business operations, production management and renewable energy management, followed by a guided tour of the production facilities at the Bang Pa-In plant. After the factory visit, students participated in Brainstorming and Sharing Sessions, where they exchanged perspectives and discussed academic knowledge and practical applications within an industrial context.
This cross-cultural exchange provided participants with valuable opportunities to strengthen their communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork and global perspectives.
