For the implementation, the company has brought the Thai Labour Standard (TLS8001) as our guidelines since 2004 because it is a standard with its requirements that cover all significant issues in employee protection and comply with international standards such as forced labour, discriminations, remunerations, work safety and environment, and welfares. By following the requirements, MinebeaMitsumi Group (Thailand) has been certified for the Thai Labour Standard (TLS8001-2010) by the Department of labour protection and welfare, Ministry of labour, continuously until now.
