As NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. believes that safety in work comes from every employee’s participation, therefore we focus on building safety awareness and providing knowledge and understanding to employee in all levels about the importance of the occupational health and safety implementations on the basis of laws and regulations, which is leading us to a continual improvement of occupational health and safety implementation. The company has determined occupational health and safety policy as following directions:
1. Promote and observe the requirements of relevant legislation dealing with OH&S
2. Prevent and reduce work-related hazards
3. Provide adequate and appropriate resources for continual improvement of the system
4. Provide appropriate training to create responsibility and awareness to all employees and relevant persons
Regarding the commitment of top management and all employees on implementing a continual and efficient occupational health and safety system, NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. has certified for the occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS 18001) since 2004 and we have successfully migrated the certificate from OHSAS 18001 to ISO45001 in 2019 . Besides, we have been awarded as an outstanding establishment on occupational health and safety, and working environment for over 10 years consecutively.
