2. Cultivate demand in existing product markets and expand assembly business to increase sales of other Minebea components
There are many Minebea products with the high global market share such as miniature ball bearings with 60%. We think there is still room for us to cultivate demand in existing product markets without being satisfied with this situation.
3. Aggressive R&D and sales of new (EMS) products
We would like to sell new products with “elemental technologies” of optical and network and “assembly capabilities.”
